1 TO FURTHER SECURE THE STRUCTURE AND ADMINISTRATION OF EORNA
1.1 To ensure the future of the safety of EORNA through the development of a corporate governance structure

2 TO SECURE THE FINANCIAL HEALTH OF EORNA
2.1 To establish sound financial processes
2.2 To ensure expenditure is in line with the key strategic aims
2.3 To establish a marketing plan to raise money

3 TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN PERIOPERATIVE PATIENT CARE

7 TO PROMOTE STANDARD SETTING IN PERIOPERATIVE PATIENT CARE
7.1 To recognise and recommend existing standards/guidelines in the field of perioperative practice
7.2 To establish principles in effective standard setting
7.3 To produce guidelines for perioperative practice in the areas where guidelines are not available
7.4 To collaborate with IFPN in order to enhance perioperative nursing care
