EORNA first contact with the Russian Nurses Association

On 25-27 March 2009 EORNAs president Irini Antoniadou was invited to a first conference of Perioperative nursing by the Russian Nurses Association and their president Valentina Sarkisova. At this first contact meeting EORNAs president talked about “EORNA- Activities and possibilities to benefit European Operating Room Nurses". There where around 150 ORN from nearly all regions of Russia. At this event EORNAs president was interviewed by their professional journal, Nursing Activity and gave a presentation of this first contact between our associations.
