Our first board meeting for creating the action plan for 2012 was in December 18th 2011. The board meets every six-week. The first meeting for 2012 will be on January the 16th.

We will celebrate the Nursing day in a national conference. All hospitals received the EORNA poster and there will be a celebration in many ORs during the country.

For the first time, in 2011 our government paid the association membership fee for all OR nurses, so we increase the association members almost every OR nurse in Israel is now a IPNA member. It's also helped us to increases the Association budget for 2012.

We are now promoting EORNACongress. IPNA will help the Israeli presenters in EORNACongress, and many of the IPNA board members will attended the Congress.

In February, we will publish IPNA newspaper, in hard copy and digital version.

The association with Industry companies arranging professional meetings for OR's nurses in many fildes, the last one was in 11th of December 2011, and the next will be in 16th of May 2012.

We also have OR's managers and clinical educator forums.

In Jun 2012 there will be a Nursing international Congress in Israel, our association will present tow presentation and tow posters.

Two weeks later we will have our national Congress.
